Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship. Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 2-5 business days for US orders and 5-7 business days for international delivery. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays during busier times of the year.

Our Shipping costs DO NOT include your country or region specific Taxes and Duties, unless clearly outlined.

If you are concerned about a delay in your shipping, get in touch with our customer service team via info@santanaswim.com with your order number and they we'll look into what could be causing the delay. If your package has been marked as delivered, and you have not received it, please email our customer service team IMMEDIATELY. 

Return Policy

We offer free returns for store credit on all items for 30 days from the date of delivery/receiving of order.

We cannot provide shipping labels, so the customer will be responsible for paying for the return fee. Please send any returns using a tracked shipping method, so we can check the returns shipping journey. 

There is no service charge for returns. Please note that we do not accept refunds on sale items. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems.

However, not all items are eligible. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
  2. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes an attached swing tag, bow, shoe boxes and jewellery packaging.
  3. The product must be in new or undamaged condition without stain, perfume smell or deforming and in their original packaging.  We simply ask that you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. Returned products will be inspected and any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.

Santana Swim is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in case no one is home at the time of delivery.

 

 

Santana Swim does not make any guarantees or warranties regarding your satisfaction with the tanning results and explicitly disclaims any implied or express warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
